Realistic Land Rover Defender Body

The officially licensed ABS hard body captures the Defender’s distinctive appearance with a roof rack, spare tyre, side mirrors, door handles and windscreen wipers. The green finish features moulded-in colour, while the clipless mounting system allows quick removal for battery access without loose body clips.

Front bumper LED lights are included, adding another scale detail. For additional lighting functions, the ECM-2.5 supports the optional Defender Pro Scale LED light kit, sold separately.

Purpose-Built Crawling Chassis

A steel ladder frame provides a rigid foundation, while shaft-driven 4WD and locked front and rear axles maintain drive to all four wheels. The low-mounted battery tray helps improve stability, and the forward-positioned motor contributes to the crawler’s weight distribution.

The Titan 180 87-turn brushed motor supplies controlled low-speed power. Fixed gear mesh also removes the need for routine gear-mesh adjustment.

Controlled Suspension and Precise Steering

Triangulated four-link suspension and oil-filled GTM shocks allow the axles to articulate over uneven surfaces while controlling bounce. Shock preload spacers provide adjustment for the suspension setup.

The 2065T steering servo, equipped with a metal main gear, works with a 45-degree steering angle to help negotiate tight turns. Soft-compound Canyon AT tyres provide trail traction on detailed 1-inch wheels. 

Three Selectable Driving Modes

The waterproof ECM-2.5 electronic control module combines the speed controller, receiver and lighting controller:

• Sport Mode: Forward, braking and reverse for general driving.
• Trail Mode: Adds drag braking at neutral for controlled trail descents.
• Crawl Mode: Provides instant reverse and full braking when the throttle is released for technical crawling.

Built-in low-voltage detection and motor overload protection add useful safeguards.
