Traxxas XRT Ultimate 8S 4WD Brushless Race Truck – Blue X Edition

Experience powerful acceleration and precise off-road handling with the Traxxas XRT Ultimate Blue X Edition. This large-scale 4WD race truck combines an 8S brushless power system with a low centre of gravity, wide suspension and factory-installed aluminium upgrades.

The XRT Ultimate is built for drivers who enjoy fast cornering, hard acceleration and demanding terrain. Its Blue X ProGraphix body, belted Gravix tyres and upgraded steering system complete a premium package with impressive presence and performance.

Velineon 8S Brushless Power

The Velineon 1200XL 1275kV brushless motor works with the VXL-8s waterproof electronic speed controller to deliver substantial torque and strong acceleration.

A large motor heatsink, dual motor cooling fans and an integrated ESC fan help manage operating temperatures. The power system also includes protection circuits and integrated telemetry.

With two compatible 4S LiPo batteries and optional speed gearing, the XRT Ultimate is capable of 96km/h+. Batteries, charger and optional gearing are sold separately.

Low Chassis and Wide Suspension

The low-centre-of-gravity chassis and extra-wide suspension arms provide a stable platform for high-speed driving and cornering.

A flat chassis underside and interlocking skid plates help protect the truck, while its modular construction provides access for maintenance. The wide stance and race-focused layout give the XRT a planted feel as you accelerate, brake and change direction.

Factory-Installed Aluminium Upgrades

The Ultimate edition includes premium components in key areas:

These components improve rigidity and steering precision, with anodised finishes that complement the Ultimate styling.

GTX Aluminium Race Shocks

The GTX aluminium shocks feature threaded bodies, large oil capacity and titanium-nitride-coated damper shafts.

Smooth damping helps control suspension movement over rough surfaces, while threaded adjustment collars make spring preload changes convenient. Integrated shaft wipers help keep dirt away from the seals.

Belted Gravix Race Tyres

The 7.4-inch belted Gravix tyres combine directional tread with low-profile sidewalls for responsive handling.

Internal belting limits tyre ballooning at speed, helping maintain a consistent contact patch. Their closely spaced tread edges provide traction, while the tread design runs quieter than traditional aggressive off-road tyres.

Powerful Steering and Stability Assistance

The 2085RL high-output metal-gear steering servo delivers 650oz-in of torque at 6V. An aluminium steering assembly and servo horn provide a rigid connection for responsive control.

Traxxas Stability Management — TSM helps maintain direction during acceleration and braking on low-traction surfaces. Assistance is adjustable from the transmitter to suit your driving preferences.

Wireless Tuning and Telemetry

The TQi 2.4GHz radio system includes a factory-installed Traxxas Link wireless module. With a compatible mobile device and the Traxxas Link app, you can adjust supported transmitter settings and view factory-installed telemetry data.

Clipless Body and Secure Battery Compartments

The reinforced ProGraphix clipless body removes quickly for servicing. Cooling ducts, protective top skids and a rear wing complement its race-truck design.

Dual Snap-Lock battery compartments secure the drive batteries and provide protection from side impacts.
