Tamiya 1/24 Toyota GR 86 Plastic Model Kit

The Tamiya 1/24 Toyota GR 86 recreates the sharpened second-generation coupe, powered by a larger boxer engine while retaining the lightweight, low-slung driver's-car formula of its predecessor.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; paints, cement and hobby tools are not included and are required to complete the model.

This model assembly kit recreates the 2021 Toyota GR 86 as a 1/24 Sports Car Series product. While the lightweight front-engine and wide body with low centre of gravity are carried over from the first-generation 86 (2012), the Toyota GR 86 is powered by a bigger 2.4-litre horizontally opposed four-cylinder DOHC engine capable of 235hp for genuinely powerful performance. The aluminium engine hood, roof and front fenders are lightweight and rigid, while air outlets, side sill spoilers and other parts bring improved aerodynamic efficiency and steering responsiveness.
