The Spektrum iXSR is ready right out-of-the-box to support the innovative connectivity of Spektrum Smart Technology. With Spektrum Smart, you'll have real-time telemetry data available at your fingertips to keep you aware of every component's status and to boost your confidence in its capabilities. Smart Technology ensures that all of your model's electronics work together seamlessly for the greatest efficiency and performance. It makes your entire system more responsive and simpler to use.
The iXSR transmitter features contactless hall-effect sensors that offer advanced precision, low maintenance and ultra-smooth feel that increases the accuracy and precision of the steering and throttle motion. Its ergonomics features left and right-hand compatibility, among other options to tailor the transmitter to how you want to drive.
The giant 4.5-inch, full-color, easy-to-read touchscreen interface cold-boots (from off) in less than 60 seconds and wakes from sleep in one second or less. The state-of-the-art touchscreen technology provides information in crisp, clear detail and allows you to make precise changes quickly and easily. You literally "tap" into the iXSR s programming, and model setting changes take effect instantly. Because this is a fully functional Android interface, it will work with an evolving list of apps from the Google Play store. Between runs, Sleep Mode allows the system to instantly boot and extend battery usage between charges.
Huge and easy to read, the 4.5-inch, Android powered touchscreen offers a high-resolution HD color interface with the power to graph expo curves and the like with greater accuracy and view new telemetry gauges in a way that won't leave you second-guessing.
The Launch Control menu is specifically geared towards perfecting your Drag Race times and speed runs. This option allows the driver to control the duration of time it takes to reach full throttle as well as adjusting points in the throttles curve to effectively ramp the throttle to the user s preference. Essentially controlling the throttle output so that the driver can focus on steering their model straight to the podium.
You can select from a variety of vibe alerts for timer alarms, low battery voltage and other telemetry functions. Most of these can be set to go off when the voltage level or telemetry data exceeds specific values that you can easily define in the telemetry menus.
The iXSR offers an impressive number of programming features. You can program drive modes per model to help dial in the perfect drag racing and lap times. Drive modes can also be used to program compatible AVC (Active Vehicle Control) receivers to match your skill level, driving style, and terrain to provide predictable handling at every speed. There are multiple mixing setups, including Motor-On-Axle (MOA), plus ABS, Traction Control and 4-wheel steering, dual rates, expo and more.
The iXSR can connect with just about any Bluetooth device. This means you can use wireless earbuds or even your phone's earpiece for voice alerts. Music, voice alerts and more are heard privately with outstanding clarity. A micro-USB-C port allows you to charge the internal Li-Ion battery with an ordinary USB-to-Micro USB cable. It can also be used to recognize accessory devices, add third-party apps, and provide a convenient link to your PC or laptop.
The Spektrum iXSR features a class leading model memory storage capacity. Drivers can store 250 models straight to the radio, and even more with an SD card. The enormous capacity of the on-board Model Memory means you can be confident that your whole garage can all be conveniently stored all on one radio. And with the security of Spektrum Model Match Technology, there are no worries of accidently driving a model with the wrong settings. Simply choose the model you want to drive, power up the vehicle, and let your Spektrum iXSR do the rest.
Brilliant LED lights on the transmitter let you stand out from the crowd day or night. Plus, there are 19 user adjustable colors to choose from.
The iXSR has advanced control programming designed to work with the latest Spektrum technological advances. You can custom-tune an AVC system by providing easy access to dedicated adjustments. In addition, open channels of the iXSR can be used to adjust the AVC steering and throttle systems independently. No matter what you're driving, AVC technology can easily meet your skill level or driving style with control that makes it feel like you're driving a finely tuned vehicle that handles beautifully at every speed. Additionally, the transmitter is compatible with the MS6X motorcycle stabilization system. The MS6X System delivers instantaneous corrections regarding banking, self-leveling, wheelie control, and more, with a natural feel and wholly accurate commands.
