The Spektrum 5000mAh 4S 14.8V 100C Smart Hardcase LiPo Battery (SPMX50004S100H5) is a high-performance battery designed for demanding RC car, truck and boat applications. With a 100C continuous discharge rating, durable hardcase construction and Spektrum Smart technology, it delivers the power required for high-performance brushless systems while making battery management and charging easier.

The battery comes factory fitted with a Spektrum IC5 connector and heavy-duty 12AWG wiring, making it ideal for high-current applications.

Spektrum Smart Technology

An integrated Smart microchip stores important information about the battery, including its capacity, cell count, chemistry, C rating, individual cell voltage, temperature and charge/discharge cycle history.

When connected to a compatible Spektrum Smart charger, this information is automatically communicated to the charger, simplifying setup and allowing important battery information to be viewed without manually entering all of the charging parameters.

Automatic Smart Storage Discharge

One of the major advantages of Spektrum Smart LiPo technology is programmable automatic storage discharge.

If the battery remains fully charged and unused for a predetermined period, it can automatically begin discharging towards a safer storage voltage. This helps reduce the time a LiPo spends sitting fully charged and can help improve its usable lifespan.
