The Joysway Mad Shark V2 JW-8205 is a compact, high-performance brushless F1-style RC speed boat designed to deliver serious speed and responsive handling in a portable package.

Featuring a Formula 1-inspired tunnel hull, powerful water-cooled outrunner brushless motor, 30A water-cooled brushless ESC and efficient flex-cable drive system, the Mad Shark V2 is capable of speeds exceeding 45km/h with the recommended 3S LiPo battery.

This ARTR version comes fully assembled with the motor, ESC, steering servo and 2.4GHz radio system installed. Simply add a suitable 11.1V 1300mAh 35C 3S LiPo battery, LiPo balance charger and 4 × AA transmitter batteries to get on the water.

Over 45km/h Brushless Performance

Despite measuring only 443mm overall, the Mad Shark V2 is capable of speeds exceeding 45km/h.

Its lightweight F1 tunnel hull, brushless power system and efficient drivetrain combine to provide rapid acceleration and exciting high-speed performance.

Water-Cooled Brushless Motor

Power comes from a high-performance water-cooled outrunner brushless motor.

Brushless technology provides excellent efficiency, strong acceleration and reduced maintenance compared with a conventional brushed motor.

The integrated water-cooling system helps control motor temperature during high-speed operation.

30A Water-Cooled Brushless ESC

The Mad Shark V2 comes equipped with a 30A water-cooled brushless ESC with BEC.

Water cooling helps manage operating temperatures when running the boat hard on 3S LiPo power.

F1 Tunnel Hull Design

The Mad Shark V2 features a distinctive Formula 1-inspired tunnel hull designed for high-speed performance and responsive handling.

Its wide stance provides excellent stability through turns, while the tunnel-hull configuration helps reduce drag at speed.

The injection-moulded plastic hull is supplied completely assembled and finished with colourful graphics and decals.

Flex-Cable Drive System

Power is transferred from the brushless motor through a 2.3mm flex-cable drive system.

Flex-cable drives are commonly used in performance RC boats because they provide efficient power transfer while accommodating the drivetrain geometry required by the hull.

Waterproof Steering Servo

A 9g waterproof rudder servo is factory installed.

Combined with the external rudder and proportional radio system, the servo provides precise steering control and responsive handling.

2.4GHz Digital Proportional Radio

The Mad Shark V2 ARTR includes a 2.4GHz 2-channel digital proportional radio control system.

Proportional throttle and steering provide much finer control than basic toy-style radio systems, allowing you to precisely control the boat at both low and high speeds.

Two Propellers Included

Joysway includes two P1.4 × D35mm two-blade propellers.

This means you have a replacement propeller available should the original become damaged during use.
