Chassis

The XRAY XT4 2025 1/10 Off-Road Electric 4WD Truggy Kit features a meticulously engineered chassis designed to excel in diverse track conditions. The chassis plate includes multiple mounting positions for the rear transmission, allowing for standard or short configurations to fine-tune handling. The standard position enhances stability on high-traction surfaces, while the short position boosts rear traction on lower-traction tracks.

The updated design also integrates additional side guard mounting points to increase stiffness and offer expanded chassis flex adjustments. The chassis itself is reinforced with tough composite side guards that protect against impacts and reduce chassis scrub, ensuring improved handling over jumps. A compact electronics plate facilitates quick and easy removal and assembly of the speed control, fitting seamlessly into the forward chassis layout to optimize weight balance and enhance performance.

Drivetrain

The XRAY XT4 € s drivetrain is engineered for durability and efficiency, featuring a central gear differential with an increased internal oil volume for consistent diff action. The differential case and cover are constructed from a precision-molded graphite composite material, ensuring a long lifespan and smooth operation. The drivetrain benefits from larger 5x12 ball-bearings in the outer positions for higher dynamic load capacity, while smaller 5x10 ball-bearings in the inner positions minimize unsprung weight.

Additionally, the updated central drivetrain incorporates outdrives and dogbone drive shafts made from HUDY Spring Steel „ ¢, offering reduced maintenance and increased lifespan compared to CVD drive shafts. The drive shafts are precision-engineered with 2.5mm drive pins and feature an innovative hardening process for exceptional reliability.

Suspension
