The heart of the '26 update is the completely redesigned suspension geometry. All-new cff2™ carbon fibre lower arms are paired with new universal aluminium bulkheads that move the shock absorbers further outboard, a change that significantly improves traction and steering response. This is complemented by an overall weight reduction of 30 grams, a huge advantage in competitive stock racing classes, achieved through lighter components like a narrower front spool, rear differential, and carbon fibre upper clamps

For the serious racer, the x4'26 offers an unparalleled range of setup options. The new front bulkhead brace, combined with multiple mounting positions on the new upper clamps, provides a huge range of chassis flex adjustments to dial the car in for any track surface. 30 grams lighter

The x4’26 has shed 30 grams of total weight without compromising any of the durability xray is known for. This weight saving is especially helpful if you are racing in a "spec class" that requires using a heavier battery pack. The smaller, lower-profile suspension pivot balls and carbon fibre upper clamps also help to keep the car's centre of gravity (cg) low for improved cornering

 

Newly designed aluminium bulkheads

The x4’26 features all-new aluminium bulkheads with a universal design, allowing the same part to be used on the left and right, and front and rear of the car. This clever design reduces the number of spare parts you need to carry and makes repairs much simpler. The all-new narrow chassis perfectly complements this new design, giving you a strong and reliable base for all the updated suspension parts

 

Carbon fibre flex arms

The all-new cff2 (carbon fibre flex) lower suspension arms with integrated composite detailing are designed to maximise stiffness and improve suspension function. This, combined with the new geometry that moves the shocks further outboard, gives you better traction and a more responsive feel for improved handling in all track conditions
