The Traxxas Rustler 2WD Brushless takes the legendary Rustler stadium truck and upgrades it with serious Velineon 3S brushless power, Composite GTR shocks, a metal-gear transmission, TQi radio with Traxxas Stability Management and a clipless body system.

Traxxas 37454-4YLW is the striking Yellow version. It's fully assembled and Ready-To-Race, requiring only your choice of 2S or 3S LiPo battery, charger and four AA transmitter batteries.

Velineon 3S Brushless Power

The Rustler is powered by Traxxas' Velineon 3S brushless system, pairing the VX3 waterproof ESC with the V3200 3200Kv brushless motor.

On a 2S LiPo, Traxxas rates the truck at 40+ mph (65+ km/h), while a 3S LiPo unleashes 60+ mph (100+ km/h) performance without requiring a gearing change.

V3200 Brushless Motor

The V3200 3200Kv brushless motor features high-temperature sintered neodymium magnets, a 5mm output shaft, internal fan cooling and high-speed ball bearings.

It provides the strong acceleration and high RPM needed to make the lightweight rear-wheel-drive Rustler seriously quick.

VX3 Waterproof ESC

The Velineon VX3 waterproof electronic speed controller is designed specifically for the new 3S system.

It features a large aluminium heatsink with cooling fan, Traxxas EZ-Set one-button programming and three selectable drive profiles: Sport, Race and Training Mode. The VX3 is compatible with 2S and 3S LiPo batteries.

Magnum 272 Metal-Gear Transmission

Power is delivered to the rear wheels through Traxxas' proven Magnum 272 metal-gear transmission.

It features a Torque-Control slipper clutch, planetary gear differential with steel ring gear and heavy-duty 32-pitch spur and pinion gears. The gearbox is sealed to help protect the transmission from dirt and debris.

Composite GTR Oil-Filled Shocks

One of the major upgrades to the new Rustler Brushless is its Composite GTR shocks.

These large-capacity oil-filled shocks hold over 70% more oil than standard Ultra Shocks, helping provide more consistent damping over rough terrain.

Threaded shock collars allow quick ride-height and spring-preload adjustment, while tough 3.5mm shock shafts and screw-retained spring cups improve durability.

2057 Waterproof Metal-Gear Servo

Steering is handled by an upgraded Traxxas 2057 waterproof metal-gear servo.

Its full metal gear train provides improved durability, while the redesigned dual-bellcrank steering system incorporates a cam-style servo saver to protect the steering system from hard impacts.

Sledgehammer ST Tyres

At the rear, aggressive Sledgehammer ST tyres use an open-block tread pattern designed to clear mud and loose debris while providing excellent traction.

Dedicated front tyres combine concentric ribs and wide tread blocks to provide predictable steering on a variety of surfaces.

The tyres come factory-mounted on tough 2.8-inch RXT six-spoke black wheels.

Clipless Yellow Body

The 37454-4YLW features a factory-finished Yellow stadium truck body with Traxxas' convenient clipless mounting system.

Heavy-duty concealed latches securely hold the body during aggressive driving but release quickly when you need access to the battery or electronics. Reinforced mounting areas also help prevent body damage around the attachment points.

TQi Radio with TSM

The included TQi Sport 2.4GHz radio system features Traxxas Stability Management (TSM).

TSM helps improve control during hard acceleration, braking and powerslides on loose or slippery surfaces by making small steering corrections in the background.

This is particularly useful on a powerful rear-wheel-drive truck like the Rustler, especially when running on 3S power.

Tough New Chassis

The Rustler Brushless uses a tough fibre-composite monocoque chassis with a wide, low-profile design for improved stability.

A clipless battery retention system securely holds the battery in place and accepts a range of compatible 2S and 3S LiPo battery configurations.
