The 8ight-xe elite includes the option parts our elite level race team utilizes to win races around the world, thus creating a vehicle that is high-level competition-ready right out of the box. 7075 - 3mm aluminum chassis

The elite chassis moves weight forward and decreases the wheelbase to give the car more overall grip. Chassis width has been increased to aid in stability and give the buggy a more neutral feel

updated rear cvas

The 8ight-xe elite includes rear cvas with an updated axle and shaft providing more overall rear grip to the car and better tracking through the bumpy conditions

front universals included

The 8ight-xe elite includes universals for the front which makes the car smoother exiting turns and aids in the flow in bumpy track conditions

carbon center diff brace

The elite version includes the carbon centre diff brace for increased rigidity

aluminum front brace

The 8ight-xe elite includes the aluminium front brace providing smoother steering response

+1 hexes

+1mm width hexes are included for the rear of the 8ight-xe elite to add stability in high-speed turns

two wings and wing riser

The 8ight-xe elite includes both the ifmar wing as well as our polycarbonate wing. We also include a 10mm wing riser for added rear grip

steering rack updated

The steering rack allows more ackerman adjustments and an improved servo saver to eliminate bellcrank bind during high loads

bleeder shock caps

Machined aluminium shock caps with threaded bleeder holes for easy and consistent bleeding of oil. New bladders are also included for better bump handling

suspension arms

Webbing added between inner mounting tabs to ensure hinge pin fit. Mould updated to increase strength. Suspension arms have been designed to accept stiffener plates allowing racers to tune the flex of the suspension. The elite includes both moulded plates and carbon plates

better diff access

The front and rear diff case have been altered to allow easier access to the differentials without removing the bulkheads from the vehicle. The front diff case has been updated to allow better fitment of the front arms while the rear case has been updated to increase the strength of the area holding the shock tower

optimized shocks

The 8ight-xe elite shocks are optimized and lightened to decrease the centre of gravity and lower the weight of the car as well as offer the use of both 3. 5mm and 4. 0mm shock shafts

cab forward style body

A cab-forward design helps with overall downforce, which improves steering and overall stability. Cut lines have been updated for ease of installation and changing of settings

equalized driveline

The centre driveshaft angles have been modified so they are equal front to rear allowing for a more 4wd feel to the vehicle

The 8ight-xe elite next gen suspension geometry has been completely revamped making a car that is fast, nimble, and easy to drive. This includes a myriad of updates including wider front and rear arms, wider front pivot with less scrub radius, narrower rear pivot, and updated hub offset

larger pinion bearing

The pinion bearing size inside the front and rear gearboxes has been increased for added durability

adjustable castor blocks

17. 5 deg castor blocks are included allowing the height of the spindle to be adjusted up and down for more or less high-speed stability

sway bar system

The sway bar system has collars eliminating side to side play to provide a more consistent suspension package

chassis side guards

The chassis side guards have an improved fit onto the chassis.
