Tamiya 1/700 Japanese Light Cruiser Tama Plastic Model Kit

The Tamiya Japanese Light Cruiser Tama is a 1/700 scale plastic assembly model kit depicting the second ship of the Kuma-class light cruisers during her Aleutian Islands operations.

Please note this is an unassembled plastic model kit requiring assembly; paints, cement and hobby tools are not included and are required to complete the model.

Tama was completed in 1920 as the second ship of the Kuma-class. She took part in operations around the Aleutian Islands from 1942 to 1943, including the invasion of Kiska and the Battle of the Komandorski Islands. This model depicts Tama as she appeared near the end of 1942 during the invasion of Kiska, including her distinctive white and dark gray camouflage.
