The Tamiya 1/24 Honda NSX recreates Honda's legendary first-generation NSX, a groundbreaking Japanese supercar that redefined what a high-performance sports car could be.

First unveiled at the 1989 Chicago Auto Show and launched in 1990, the NSX was Honda's first true supercar. It combined an advanced all-aluminium monocoque chassis with a mid-mounted V6 engine, sophisticated suspension and exceptional driver-focused handling.

Detailed V6 DOHC VTEC Engine

The original NSX was powered by Honda's legendary 3.0-litre V6 DOHC VTEC engine.

The engine featured Honda's innovative variable valve timing technology and produced up to 280hp in the 5-speed manual version.

Opening Rear Engine Cover

The rear engine window hatch can be opened to provide a view of the detailed engine compartment.
