Bandai SDW Heroes Musha Gundam The 78th

Build a new-generation samurai Gundam with the Bandai SDW Heroes Musha Gundam The 78th. Featuring elaborate armour, a traditional sword and brilliant Kirahagane decorative parts, this super-deformed model combines classic Musha Gundam styling with modern Bandai moulding technology.

The specially produced Kirahagane components combine injection moulding with applied decorative film. This creates a distinctive contrast between translucent clear sections and richly coloured metallic-style details, giving the completed model an impressive finish without requiring paint.

Kirahagane detailing is also featured on the sword, while the articulated elbows allow the Musha Gundam to recreate a convincing sword-drawing pose. Selected components can interact with parts included with the separately available SDW Heroes Onmitsu Gundam Aerial, providing additional display and customisation possibilities.

Kirahagane Armour Details

The model’s standout feature is its collection of Kirahagane parts. Bandai’s in-mould production technique applies decorative film during the injection-moulding process, producing detailed coloured designs directly on selected clear components.

This method creates a combination of transparency, colour and reflective detail that gives the armour a more elaborate appearance straight from the box.

Samurai Sword and Posing

A detailed sword and matching sheath are included. The sword also incorporates Kirahagane detailing, helping it match the ornate appearance of the armour.

The model’s elbow articulation allows the arms to reach the sword handle while it is stored in the sheath, making it possible to recreate a dynamic sword-drawing stance as well as conventional attack poses.

Customisation Options

Selected Kirahagane components can be combined with corresponding parts supplied with the separately available SDW Heroes Onmitsu Gundam Aerial. This expands the display and customisation options available to collectors of the SD Gundam World Heroes range.
