Absima RC Starter Set “Stick Basic” 2.4GHz – AB2200011

The Absima RC Starter Set “Stick Basic” (AB2200011) is a convenient electronics package designed for completing RC car kits that are supplied without a radio system or steering servo. It combines a 4-channel 2.4GHz stick transmitter and receiver, 6kg steering servo and four AA transmitter batteries in one package.

It is particularly useful for builders purchasing an RC kit from brands such as Absima or Tamiya where the chassis is supplied without all of the electronics required to operate the model.

SR4S 4-Channel Stick Radio System

At the heart of the package is Absima's SR4S 4-channel stick-type transmitter.

The 2.4GHz radio system provides a secure connection between the transmitter and receiver while offering the essential adjustments needed for setting up an RC vehicle.

Both steering and throttle feature trim and reverse adjustment, allowing the controls to be correctly centred and their operating direction changed when required.

A steering Dual Rate adjustment is also included, allowing the maximum steering travel to be reduced to suit the vehicle or driver's preference.

Waterproof Mini Receiver

The supplied compact receiver features a waterproof design, making it particularly suitable for RC cars and trucks where the electronics may be exposed to dirt or moisture during normal operation.

Absima S60PH 6kg Steering Servo

Also included is an Absima S60PH 6.0kg steering servo.

The servo operates from 4.8–6.0V and features plastic gears with a 25-tooth output spline, providing a straightforward steering solution for suitable RC car kits.

The included S60PH servo is a 6kg plastic-geared servo, so for heavier or high-performance vehicles a higher-torque metal-geared servo may be preferable.
