The NXE 4200mAh 4S 14.8V 40C Soft Case LiPo Battery is a high-capacity power pack designed for RC models requiring reliable 4S LiPo performance. Combining a 4200mAh capacity with a 40C discharge rating, it provides a strong balance of power, runtime and manageable size.

The battery comes factory fitted with a Deans / T-Plug connector and uses a lightweight soft-case construction, making it suitable for a variety of compatible RC aircraft, cars and other electric models.

Powerful 4S Performance

The 4200SC404SDEAN uses a 4S1P LiPo configuration, providing 14.8V nominal voltage and reaching 16.8V when fully charged.

The larger 4200mAh capacity provides increased potential runtime compared with smaller 3300mAh packs, while the 40C discharge rating provides the current delivery required by many higher-powered brushless systems.

Based on its 4200mAh capacity and 40C rating, the battery has a theoretical continuous discharge capability of up to 168A.

Lightweight Soft Case Construction

The battery uses a soft-case construction, reducing unnecessary case weight and making it particularly useful in applications where overall weight is important.

Published dimensions vary slightly between suppliers. One detailed listing gives 138 × 44 × 32.5mm and 414g, while another Australian NXE listing specifies 136 × 43 × 31mm and 407g.

Deans / T-Plug Connector

A factory-fitted Deans / T-Plug main connector provides a secure connection to compatible electronic speed controllers.

The battery also features a JST-XH balance connector, allowing each of the four cells to be individually monitored and balanced during charging. Current specifications also list 12AWG main power wiring.
