Bandai Gundam Decal No.139 GQuuuuuuX General Purpose 1

Add crisp, authentic-looking markings to your Gunpla with the Bandai Gundam Decal No.139 GQuuuuuuX General Purpose 1 water-slide decal sheet. Designed primarily for 1/144-scale Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX model kits, this versatile set contains numerous markings for enhancing the detail and presentation of your completed models.

The sheet includes decals suitable for the HG 1/144 GQuuuuuuX and other compatible mobile suits from the series. Apply selected markings to armour panels, weapons and equipment to create a more detailed appearance while maintaining the distinctive visual style of Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX.

Unlike standard self-adhesive stickers, these are water-slide decals. Each marking is soaked briefly in water, positioned on the model and carefully pressed into place. This application method provides a thinner, cleaner finish that closely follows the surface of the model.

Water-Slide Application

For the best results:

1. Cut the required decal from the sheet.
2. Place it in clean water for several seconds.
3. Remove the decal and allow the adhesive layer to soften.
4. Slide the marking carefully from the backing paper onto the model.
5. Adjust its position using a damp brush or cotton bud.
6. Remove excess water and gently press the decal into place.
7. Allow it to dry completely before handling or applying a clear topcoat.

A smooth gloss surface can help reduce visible silvering beneath the transparent decal film. Decal-setting and softening solutions may also be used when applying markings over curved or recessed surfaces.
