ARRMA 1/7 TALION 6S EXB 4X4 RTR Brushless Speed Truck – Black/Red

The ARRMA TALION 6S EXB returns to the ARRMA range with a completely updated 1/7 scale platform, upgraded EXtreme Bash (EXB) construction and the latest V6 Spektrum electronics. Designed as a high-performance speed truck, the TALION combines serious 6S brushless power with a longer, more stable chassis, belted tyres, high-downforce aerodynamics and heavy-duty components engineered for extreme off-road driving.

The ARA7707V6T1 is the Black/Red version of the 1/7 TALION 6S EXB 4X4 RTR Brushless Speed Truck.

With a claimed top speed of 75+ mph / 120+ km/h, the TALION is built for high-speed runs, big jumps, aggressive cornering and extreme bashing. The longer 411 mm wheelbase provides a more planted feel at speed, while the 50/50 4WD drivetrain delivers strong traction and predictable power delivery.

6S Spektrum Brushless Power

The TALION is powered by a Spektrum FIRMA 4074 2050Kv 4-pole brushless motor, matched with a Spektrum FIRMA 150A Smart V2 ESC featuring updated B5.12 firmware.

The V6 electronics package is designed to provide sharper acceleration, smoother throttle response and strong 6S performance.

The ESC is compatible with 4S and 6S LiPo batteries and uses IC5 connectors. The waterproof ESC also provides Spektrum Smart functionality when paired with compatible Smart equipment.

An ARRMA heatsink and cooling fan help manage motor temperatures during demanding high-power driving.

4S and 6S Capability

The TALION is designed for 6S performance but can also be operated on 4S LiPo power.

This makes the truck suitable for a wider range of drivers. Less experienced users can begin with 4S power and use the SLT3 transmitter's throttle limiting functions before progressing to full 6S performance.

The included SLT3 transmitter provides 50% and 75% throttle limiting, allowing the driver to reduce the available power while learning the truck.

EXB Extreme Bash Construction

The TALION features a comprehensive range of EXB upgrades designed to improve strength and durability.

The chassis uses a 3 mm laser-etched 7075-T6 aluminium plate, supported by anodised aluminium front and rear bulkheads and heavy-duty composite side guards.

EXB aluminium shock towers, front and rear chassis braces, a one-piece wing mount and split tower-to-tower centre braces increase chassis rigidity and help the truck withstand hard landings and repeated high-speed impacts.

Additional EXB components include heavy-duty aluminium plates and hangers, stronger turnbuckles, reinforced suspension arms, shock caps and M4 shock standoffs.

Heavy-Duty 4WD Drivetrain

The TALION uses a mid-motor 4WD layout with a 50/50 torque split.

Its drivetrain features three gear differentials, stronger front and rear differential outdrives, all-metal gearbox internals and durable steel driveshafts.

The heavy-duty drivetrain is designed to handle the high torque generated by the 2050Kv brushless motor and 6S LiPo power system.

The truck is supplied with both standard and speed gearing, allowing the gearing to be adjusted depending on the desired balance between acceleration and top speed.

75+ MPH Performance

The 1/7 TALION is designed for serious high-speed performance.

Its 411 mm wheelbase, low ride height, belted tyres and high-downforce rear wing work together to provide stability when travelling at high speed.

The longer 1/7 platform provides a more planted driving experience compared with the previous 1/8 TALION platform.

ARRMA rates the TALION at 75+ mph / 120+ km/h under suitable conditions with the appropriate 6S setup and gearing.

dBoots KATAR Belted Tyres

The TALION is equipped with large dBoots KATAR belted tyres designed for high-speed off-road performance.

The belted construction helps minimise tyre ballooning under high-power acceleration, helping maintain more consistent handling and stability at speed.

The tyres have an approximate 145 mm diameter and are mounted using durable 17 mm wheel hexes.

High-Downforce Aerodynamics

A high-downforce rear wing helps keep the TALION planted during high-speed driving.

The new one-piece wing mount provides additional strength and rigidity while reducing the chance of damage during aggressive use.

The sleek TALION body features a purpose-designed Black/Red factory finish that complements the speed-truck styling.

Tuned Aluminium Shocks

The TALION uses a tuned suspension package with oil-filled shocks, EXB aluminium shock towers and heavy-duty suspension components.

Factory shock oil is 1300 cSt silicone oil front and rear.

The suspension is designed to provide a balance between stability at speed and control during jumps and rough off-road driving.

Spektrum Radio System

The included Spektrum SLT3 3-channel 2.4GHz transmitter provides adjustable throttle limiting at 50% and 75%, making it easier for less experienced drivers to learn the vehicle before using full power.

The Spektrum SR315 3-channel dual-protocol receiver supports both SLT and DSMR protocols and is compatible with Spektrum Smart technology.

High-Torque Steering Servo

The TALION includes a Spektrum S665 waterproof digital steering servo with a steel gear train.

The servo provides strong steering torque and fast response suitable for the large 1/7 scale vehicle.

The TALION 6S EXB is supplied Ready-to-Run, but battery and charger are sold separately.

Compatible battery options include:
