UDIRC GLEAM MID UD1204 1/12 4WD Brushless Buggy RTR – Blue

The UDIRC GLEAM MID UD1204 is a high-performance 1/12 scale 4WD brushless RC buggy designed for fast and exciting driving across dirt, gravel, hard-packed tracks and other suitable surfaces.

Powered by a 2845 3800KV brushless motor and 45A brushless ESC, the UD1204 delivers strong acceleration and responsive performance with support for both 2S and 3S LiPo batteries.

The combination of shaft-driven 4WD, extensive metal drivetrain components, centre differential, adjustable aluminium oil-filled shocks and gyro-assisted stability makes the UD1204 an impressive compact buggy for both off-road bashing and high-speed driving.

2845 3800KV Brushless Motor

At the heart of the UD1204 is a 2845 3800KV brushless motor.

The brushless power system provides strong acceleration, efficient operation and plenty of performance from the compact 1/12 scale chassis.

UDIRC officially specifies the BL2845-38 3800KV brushless motor for the UD1204.

45A Brushless ESC

The 3800KV motor is paired with a 45A brushless ESC capable of supporting both 2S and 3S LiPo batteries.

An XT60 battery connector is used, making it easy to find suitable hobby-grade LiPo battery options.

Shaft-Driven 4WD

The UD1204 features a shaft-driven four-wheel-drive system designed to provide excellent traction and stability.

Power is delivered to all four wheels, helping the buggy accelerate confidently and maintain control on loose surfaces.

Adjustable Aluminium Oil-Filled Shocks

The UD1204 is fitted with metal oil-filled shock absorbers.

The adjustable suspension allows the buggy to absorb bumps and impacts while maintaining better tyre contact with the driving surface.

Spring preload and ride height can be adjusted to fine-tune the suspension for different surfaces and driving styles.

Gyro Stability Assistance

The radio system features integrated gyro adjustment, helping make the UD1204 easier to control during high-speed driving.

The gyro can automatically provide small steering corrections when the buggy begins to slide, helping maintain stability under hard acceleration and on loose surfaces.

Gyro assistance can be adjusted to suit the driver's preference.

17g Digital Steering Servo

A 17g 3-wire copper gear digital steering servo provides responsive steering.

The steering system also incorporates a dual ball steering arrangement and adjustable metal steering links for improved steering precision.

Durable Nylon Chassis

The UD1204 uses a 2mm high-quality nylon chassis designed to provide a combination of strength and controlled flexibility.

High-quality nylon is also used for the suspension arms, while key areas such as the shock towers and motor mount use metal construction.

Low-Profile Buggy Design

The UD1204 features a low-profile racing buggy design with a 228mm wheelbase and approximately 25mm ground clearance.

The low centre of gravity helps improve stability during high-speed cornering while still providing enough clearance for general off-road driving.
