CubCrafters does offer the option to fit more traditional bungee-type gear and Hangar 9 models have followed suit. A custom made articulated bungee sprung gear is available as an option for the XCub 60cc and can be bolted straight onto the airframe. The stock streamlined landing gear offers a performance and low-maintenance advantage. The included tundra-style tail wheel assembly adds the scale appearance and provides effective ground control.

Designed for Towing
The recommended gas and electric power systems make the XCub 60cc a great Tug for sailplanes or banners. Just add a servo to the included tow-hook release mechanism designed for its built-in location on top of the fuselage.

Convenience Features
Designed with two-piece, plug-in wings, this giant-scale model can fit into a wider range of vehicles. Quick-release wing struts fold up to be more compact. No special tools are required at the field. Access to equipment is easily accomplished through a magnetic top-hatch, and the large folding cockpit doors in the fuselage.

Power It the Way You Want It
The XCub 60cc is designed to accept the Evolution 62GX, 62cc gas engine, Saito FG-61TS twin four-stroke gas engine or the E-flite Power 360 brushless electric outrunner motor system on 12S. All hardware for the recommended power system options is included along with an electric motor mount so you can get to assembly right away and in the air faster. Plus, the included scale spinner with matching finish makes it easy to complete the scale outline.
